The Lagos State Government has sent out a warning notice to residents against patronising unscrupulous persons purportedly marketing “Ebola Cassette Test Kit”.
The Spokesman for the State Government,Mr Hakeem Bello, gave the warning yesterday in a statement.
Mr Bellosaid that the fake items, which were branded as:
“Rapid Response Canada with test results purportedly available in 10 minutes”, was a fraud.
There are noEbola test kitsmanufactured anywhere in the world. The technique for its manufacture does not exist yet,”Mr BelloSaid.
